Shuck the corn and cut the corn off the cob. Once the corn is removed from husk, place it in a pot and add a little water, butter, salt, pepper. I have no idea how much of each ingredient because Bubba didn't really have a recipe She made this each year in July when the corn was fresh. Cook a little before freezing!
