3 cups mashed sweet potatoes, drained
1 cup sugar
2 eggs-beaten
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup self-rising flour
1 cup pecans - chopped
½ cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, butter and salt. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix together brown sugar, self-rising flour, pecans and margarine, sprinkle on potato mixture. Bake 35 minutes.
