6-8 chicken thighs
1 large can chicken broth
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup diced minced onion
5 carrots cut up into pieces
2 cups celery cut up into pieces
5 potatoes peeled and diced
24 oz Reams Frozen Egg noodles
1 large can cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Barely cover chicken with water, add chicken broth, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
2. Cook for 2 hours until tender.
3. Remove chicken from broth and debone when cooled. Set aside.
4. Add dried onion, carrots, celery and potatoes and cook until tender 20 min. Or so.
5. Meanwhile cook noodles. Rinse. Add to chicken broth. Add chicken.
6. Heat through and serve.
7. When just about done add 1 can cream of chicken soup.
