12 cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c, finely chopped onion
1 egg beaten
1 T. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt in a pan of boiling water, then addcabbage leaves. Cook for 3 minutes then drain. Combine all ingredients for filling, divide into 12 parts and place in center of cabbage leaves. Roll leaf around filling and fasten with a toothpick. Place in a 9 x 13 pan.





Sauce
2 c. tomato sauce
2 T. vinegar
2 T. honey
1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients and pour over cabbage rolls. Cover and bake on 350º for 45 minutes.
