Ingredients:
2 cups hard pink beans
1-2 lbs Hamburger
2 packages of Chili seasoning
1 large onion
2 medium cans of tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp salt
2 cups salsa
4 cups water
2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a 6 quart crockpot, add beans and cover liberally with water. ( do this step before 9am if you want to eat your chilli for dinner). Cook on high for at least 3 hours or until the beans are soft. While they are cooking, brown hamburger in a large skillet, dice an onion and add hamburger. when beans are soft, drain, rinse, and return to crockpot. Stir in hamburger/onion mix ( do not drain off grease). Add remaining ingredients to crockpot and let simmer all afternoon with the lid off, stirring occasionally. Chilli should thicken up by dinner time and become a darker color. This is a great chili for Navajo tacos or just to eat. Top with sour cream and cheese and serve with cornbread for a really nice dinner.
