2 1/3 Cups warm water
1 Tbsp yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
5-6 cups flour
1 egg for an egg wash

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything but the flour and egg together. Add the flour a little at a time until the dough pulls from the sides of the bowl and doesn't stick to your hands very much, it's ok if it sticks a little. Let dough rest for 5 minutes. Pour dough onto an oiled cookie sheet and divide into three. Spread out one piece at a time into and rectangle and roll it up into a loaf shape. pinch the edges together and fold in the ends. Scour the loafs with a razor blade or a sharp knife. Let rise until double in size, egg wash, and bake at 400 for 15-20 min.
