3- eggs
2- c sugar
2- tsp vanilla
1- vegetable oil
2-c peeled and grated zucchini
3- c flour
1-tsp baking soda
1-tsp baking powder
1-c crushed pineapple and drained well

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugars, vanilla and oil and beat until fluffy. Stir in the zucchini. Shift dry ingredients together and add. Stir in the pineapple. Put into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
