2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks butter
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, soda and cinnamon in a large bowl. Bring to a boil, butter, cocoa and hot water. Mix this with the flour mixture. Add eggs and buttermilk. Bake in a large sheet cake pan at 400º for 20 minutes.


Icing:
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 lb. powdered sugar

Bring butter, cocoa and buttermilk to a boil. Mix with powdered sugar until smooth.
