2 cucumbers peeled, deseeded and diced up
2 cans rotel (do not drain)
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix
Cilantro
1 clove garlic, finely diced or thru garlic press
1 shallot, finally chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and let sit for a bit so it marinates together. You will have an abundance of liquid as the cucumbers tend to release water.
