1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. ginger - grated
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. curry powder
1½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

Directions:

1. Marinate Chicken in combined ingredients for at least 2 hour.
2. Bake at 375º for 45 min.
