1 1/2 lbs Beef Sirloin
1/2 cup soya sauce
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 medium onion, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut beef into 1" cubes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef cubes in a ziplock bag. Marinade in the refrigerator for 4 to 12 hours or at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Thread meat on skewers and grill 3" above hot coals for about 8 minutes.

Serve with rice and cucumber and tomato salad.
