2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt ingredients together and boil for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and quickly add one 12 oz. of Planters cocktail peanuts. Spread out on heavily greased cookie sheet. Melt about 6 oz. chocolate chips and spread over peanut mixture. Garnish with crushed peppermint, peanuts, etc. Cool completely. Break into pieces.
