1 c. panko bread crumbs
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. lemon pepper
1 T. fresh dill, chopped
1 T. fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T. lemon zest
4 (4 oz.) salmon fillets
3 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, dill, parsley, garlic, lemon zest and butter in a bowl. Arrange salmon on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle bread crumb mixture evenly over salmon fillets. Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork, approximately 20 minutes.
