Ingredients: 12 fresh asparagus Honey mustard spread 12 thin slices of bread, crusts removed 3 tbsp melted butter fresh parsley hollandaise sauce

Directions: |
Directions:Remove and discard tough ends of asparagus. Cook asparagus in boiling water (or microwave) 1-2 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain and cool.
Spread honey mustard on bread. Place 1 piece asparagus on bread and roll diagonally to enclose. Knead ends of bread to close. Wrap all rolls in parchment paper and chill until baking time.
Brush toasties with melted butter; place on baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until brown, turning occasionally.
Garnish with parsley and serve with Hollandaise Sauce for dipping. |

Hollandaise Sauce |

Ingredients: |
Ingredients: 4 egg yolks 2 tabs fresh lemon juice salt to taste 1/2 cup melted butter
|

Directions: |
Directions:Process egg yolks, lemon juice and salt in blender until well mixed. Add melted butter in fine stream, processing constantly. Pour into microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Mix until creamy. Microwave on high for 20 more seconds or longer until sauce is thickened. |
