2 ¼ cups all purpose flour, divided
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup margarine, softened
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
⅓ cup lemon juice
½ tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together 2 cups flour and ½ cup powdered sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture clings together. Press into greased 13x9x2 pan. Make at 350º for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice; beat well. Sift together ¼ cup flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture. Pour over baked crust. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool. Cut into bars. Yields 3 dozen bars.
