2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
2 T grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp each of basil leaves and oregano leaves
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 - 2 lb. chicken breasts
1/4 cup white wine or apple juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Melt butter and set aside.
3. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt, and regular salt.
3. Dip chicken in butter, coat in crumb mixture, and place in baking pan.
4. Reserve remaining butter.
5. Bake chicken for 50-60 min.
6. Add wine, green onion, and parsley to reserved melted butter.
7. After chicken is done, pour mixture on top of chicken.
8.  Continue baking for 3-5 minutes.
