Ingredients:  
4 cups diced apples
1/2 cup sugar
2 T flour
1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip
1 cup salted peanuts
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 slightly beaten egg
3 T apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Over low heat, cook pineapple juice, egg, flour, vinegar, and sugar
2. Stir occasionally until thick.
3. Combine mixture with apples, pineapple, and Cool Whip.
4. Mix well and refrigerate until serving time.
5. Add nuts at serving time.
