4 oz. Vanilla Wafers
3/4 C. Butter
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 C. Nuts-Chopped
2 (1/2 pt) Whip Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Crush wafers and place 1/2 on bottom of pan.
Cream butter and sugar. Separate 2 eggs and beat seperately.
Beat egg yolks into butter mixture. Fold in beaten whites. Pat 1/2 of this onto wafer. Layer 1/2 of strawberries, Whip Cream. Repeat layer.
