1 1/4 C. Boiling Water
1/2 C. Butter
1 tsp. Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Pour the boiling water over other ingredients. Let stand until cooled. When cool add--

1 C. Sugar
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Beat all together and top with---

1/2 C. Chocolate Chips
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Nutmeats
