1 lg Loaf of French Bread
8 Eggs
3 C. Milk
3/4 C. Sugar
1 Tb. Vanilla
3 Granny Smith Apples
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Tb. Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400".
Slice bread into 11/2 inch pieces. Place tightly in a 9 x 13 pan. (Place bread on it's side, sliced side up)
Beat-
Eggs, Milk, 1/4 cup Sugar and Vanilla. Pour 1/2 of this over bread. Peel, core and slice apples into rings. Place rings over bread.
Pour remaining mixture over apples. Mix 1/2 cup Sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on top and dot with margarine.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
