Ingredients:
3-4 baking potatoes
1 pkg. bacon
1 round onion
2-3 stalks of celery
2 cans corn, whole kernel (not cream style)
1 can carnation evaporated milk
1 can water
1 can milk (or more depending on how much soup you want)

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the potatoes, onions, and celery. Fry bacon, not crisp, just cooked, drain on paper towel and pat out oil, set aside. Put all the liquids into a pot and bring to a boil. Then lower to medium heat. Careful not to over boil or the liquid will overflow out of the pot. Put potatoes, onions, and celery into the same pot. Don't over cook or the potatoes will be mushy. Add corn and bacon at the end. Add salt and pepper to taste. Perfect for a cold winter night with toasted garlic bread! Enjoy!
