1 pkg. imitation crab
16 oz. sour cream
1 jar furikake
1 pkg. dried shitake mushrooms, sliced
16 oz. mayonnaise
1 small pkg. tobiko/masago (fish eggs)
4 c. rice
Individual Korean Nori Packages (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice (can cook up to 5 cups if you want more rice). Lay rice in 9x13 pan, sprinkle furikake generously on top of rice, about 3/4 of jar. Soak mushrooms until soft, squeeze/drain out water and chop up into smaller pieces. Cut and shred crab meat. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, crab meat, mushrooms, and tobiko/masago together. Spread evenly on rice and broil for 15 - 20 minutes. Optional: serve with nori pieces to make individual sushi. Enjoy!
