1 box mochiko flour
1 can coconut milk
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1¾ c. water
1 tsp. food coloring (red or green)
1 pkg. potato starch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º.

Mix dry ingredients, add milk, water, vanilla, and food coloring. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with baking spray. Pour mixture into pan. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 1 hr. to 1 hr. 10 min. When done take off foil and let cool overnight. Spread a little potato starch over the whole thing. Use a plastic knife to cut into desired pieces. Flour the pieces with potato starch and place on serving dish. Enjoy!
