Crust
1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c flour

Topping:
1/2 c butter
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey
1/2 c whipping cream
12 oz. bag pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Use a 13 x 9 pan with foil; butter the foil.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter with brown sugar, then add egg yolk; mix well.
Gradually add flour.
Press into pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter and honey.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in unwhipped cream; add pecans.
Pour over 20 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Lift out of pan, cut into square, then into triangles.
