"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Ingredients:
1 box Angel Food cake mix
1 box cake mix, any flavor

Directions:
Directions:
In a ziploc bag, combine the 2 cake mixes and mix well. For each individual cake serving, take out 3 tablespoons of the cake mix combination and mix it with 2 tablespoons of water in a small microwave-safe container. Microwave on high for 1 minute, and you have your own instant little cake!

Keep remaining cake mixture stored in the ziploc bag and just make it up whenever you need a little treat!

You can mix up the flavors as you like -- carrot, red velvet, pineapple, lemon, chocolate, etc! The possibilities are endless!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The one cake mix must ALWAYS be Angel Food (need the egg whites that's in it!)
