2 Cups All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ Cup (1 stick) Butter
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs, beaten
2⅓ Cups Mashed overripe Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Lightly grease 9X5 loaf pan.

Cream Together the butter and brown sugar; Stir in eggs and bananas until well blended. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Add to Banana mixture just until moistened.

Bake in 350º oven for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto wire rack to finish cooling.
