Pastry:
1 lb margarine
1 c. sour cream
4 c. flour

Sausage meat:
3 kg pork
3 tsp. garlic salt
1 ¾ tsp. celery salt
1 ½ tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. basil
¾ tsp. Italian seasoning
½ tsp. salad herb
1 ½ c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt

Pastry:
mix all ingredients together and roll out to 1/4 inch thick.

Sausage:
Mix all ingredients together. form the meat into a log on the pastry and roll the pastry around the log.
Brush with beaten egg.

Bake at 375º for 30-45 minutes
