1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1, 10 3/4 ounce can tomato soup
1, 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (2 cups cooked)

Brown ground beef in a large skillet or Dutch oven. Drain fat and remove ground beef from pan. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil, diced onion, and green pepper to pan and cook until semi-soft. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder and cook 2 minutes longer. Meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni separately. Return ground beef to pan and add tomato soup, 1/2 soup can of water, and tomato sauce. Stir well, picking up bits of fond (browned residue) at bottom of pan with wooden spoon. Simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and stir well.
