2/3 c. hershey cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 8 inch square pan. Combine cocoa, sugar,salt and milk in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, boil to 234º on a candy thermometer or softball when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat add butter and vanilla. Let set to 110º, beat with a wooden spoon and pour into pan. ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
