Ganache Glaze

1 C heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 C chocolate chips
2 tbsp. brew coffee
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add heavy cream and butter to a small saucepan on low heat until the butter has melted and the cream is warm throughout
2. Add chocolate chips to a large metal bowl. Pour warm cream mixture over the chips add brewed coffee and salt. Allow to stand for 3 - 5 minutes
3. Stir briskly to combine and until smooth
 

Ganache Filling

2. Add chocolate chips to a large metal bowl. Pour warm cream mixture over the chips add brewed coffee and salt. Allow to stand for 3 - 5 minutes
3. Stir briskly to combine and until smooth
4. Once cooled, ganche filling can be spread between layers of cakes.
 

Ganache Frosting

1 C heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
2 C chocolate chips
2 tbsp. brewed coffee
pinch of salt

1. Add heavy cream and butter to a small saucepan on low heat until the butter has melted and the cream is warm throughout
2. Add chocolate chips to a large metal bowl. Pour warm cream mixture over the chips add brewed coffee and salt. Allow to stand for 3 - 5 minutes
3. Stir briskly to combine and until smooth
4. Once cooled, use an electric mixer whip ganache to incorporate aire and increase the volume of the ganache. Spread on cakes as traditional frosting.
