1 stick melted butter or vegan substitute
1 box Jiffy corn mix
1 Tbsp sugar
1 can of whole kernel corn, 1 can of cream-style corn
1 cup sour cream

Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 13x9x2 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, until the top is set.
