1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups (16 ounce can) Hershey's Syrup

MINT LAYER
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

CHOCOLATE TOPPING
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2. In large mixer bowl beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched (top may still appear wet). Cool completely in pan.

MINT LAYER
In small mixer bowl combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING
In small microwave dish, melt butter and chocolate chips 1-1 1/2 minutes until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.

Spread mint layer on cake and chill. After mint layer is set, pour chocolate topping evenly over mint layer and chill. Cut into 2 inch squares and serve.
