4 cups fresh peeled and diced apples
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Spray 13x9 pan with non stick cooking spray

Combine oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in mixing bowl. Mix well, add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon until thoroughly combined, Fold in diced apples and walnuts.

Pour into prepared 13x9 pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
