The yellowed paper was torn on this corner.

1/4 c. shortening
1 T. grated orange peel
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and pour into 8 x 12 pan. Sprinkle with orange sugar.

Bake at 350o for 45 minutes.

Orange Sugar:
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. grated orange
