Shredded Mozzarella
Cooked ground sausage (use sparingly)

thin slice of yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Roll dough out to 16 to 18 "long and about 10-12 " wide. Beginning 1" from top and sides. Layer one ham then one cheese down the middle, then layer 2nd ham another cheese. Layer third ham, then thin line of mustard and then crumbed sausage (about 1 TBLSP) and then mozzarella cheese. Don't overload with cheese and meats. Roll loosely lengthwise pinch edges to seal . Brush lightly with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake 425 for 15-30 minutes depending on size and temp of oven. Stromboli should be lightly browned . Serve with marinara sauce. Cut into 2" wedges and enjoy.
