1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1 Stick (½ cup) Butter (melted)
1 Box Powdered Sugar
8oz. Cream Cheese

CAKE:
Mix together cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter. (The texture will be like cookie dough) Pat into greased 9X13 cake pan.

TOPPING:
Beat together Cream Cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs until fluffy. (about 5 minutes) Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool thoroughly. (usually overnight in refrigerator.) Cut into square and serve.
