1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 medium apple finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350ºF
Mix sugar, egg, oil and vanilla together
Separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices together
Mix dry ingredients into wet, stir in oats, apple and nuts (do not overmix)
Bake 20-25 minutes
