1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Add to liquid. Add nuts. Roll into log and wrap in wax paper.
Chill, Slice and Bake in 350º oven for 10 minutes or until lightly brown on edges
