For Cake:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp vanilla
5 Tbsp oil
1 cup water

For icing:
1 cup Sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º

In 9x9x2 pan add 1 /12 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, 1 tsp baking soda, & 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well. Make 3 holes in dry ingredients In one hole put vinegar, in second hole put vanilla, in third hold put oil. Then add 1 cup water a little at a time to mix all together.

Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean

Combine ingredients for icing in saucepan to boiling. Cook 1 minute then spread on warm cake.
