1 lb ground sausage, browned and drained
1 16oz sour cream
1 8oz cream cheese
1 8oz velveta cheese
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. fresh chive minces
1/2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sage
Cracker, garnish

Preheat oven 350

1. lightly grease a square baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine sour cream and softened cream chess stir in Worchester sauce, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder and sage until incorporated.
3. fold in sausage, velveta, Monterey jack cheese and chives mix completely.
4. transfer to square baking dish
5. Crush 10 ritz crackers in 2 tbsp. butter sprinkle on top

place in oven for 50 to 60 minutes
