½ cups packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
5 tbs. water
¼ tsp. maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler, mix sugar, egg whites, and water. Cook over boiling water beating constantly with a mixer for 7 minutes or until frosting holds its shape when the mixer is lifted. Do not let the top touch the boiling water. Remove from heat and add maple flavoring. Spread on cooled cake.
