2 lbs. pork butt

1 cup soy sauce

1 whole garlic pealed and smashed

1 small onion minced

2 lemons
Half cup 7up/Sprite

1 TSP. ground black pepper

5 TBS. Dark ground sugar

1 Cup banana ketchup/sauce. Available at Asian grocery

Directions:
Directions:
-Cut pork into bite sized pieces removing as much skin and fat as possible.
-Marinate pork for around 24 hours
-Soak bamboo skewers for at least an hour in water
-Skewer the meat.
-Open a beer and fire up the grill
-Cook for 10-15 minutes or until done (Glazing with Asian BBQ sauce or glaze is optional)
