1 lb ground beef
½ lb ground veal or pork
1 C bread crumbs
1¼ C milk
1 beaten egg
¼ C diced onions
1¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp each:
pepper
garlic salt
dry mustard
sage
celery salt
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp A-1 steak sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix all ingredients well
Form into loaf(s)
Cover top with additional onions and ketchup
Bake covered for 1½ hrs
