1 can of each:
black beans
pinto beans
petite diced tomatoes
sweet corn
cream of chicken soup
enchilada sauce
chicken broth
white chicken breast
-----------------------------
1 packet mild taco seasoning
½ brick Velveeta cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Drain first 4 ingredients and dump into soup pot
Stir in remaining can ingredients
Mix in seasoning
Heat through
Add cheese, stirring occasionally until melted
