Assorted veggie and meats
¾ c. 0% Greek yogurt
Touch of dry dill and parsley
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
Directions:

Press mozzarella into bottom of glass dish, pour egg mixture in, then drizzle any veggies and/or meat
Bake at 350º until no longer wiggly
