1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
dash salt

Beat egg add sugar,flour, salt add rhubarb turning mixture to cover rhubarb.

roll out crust place in pie pan add rhubarb top with pie crust (lattice

6 strips of pastry cut 1 1/2" wide place 3 strips accross pie and three strips vertically

preheat oven 400 degree bake for one hour
