Ingredients:  
15 oz. pkg chocolate Oreo type cookies (crushed in food processor)
1 stick butter
½ gallon rectangle box of ice cream - cut in slices-lay on top of crust (I would guess about 1 1/2 inches thick)
1½ c. Spanish peanuts-pour over ice cream and push into ice cream. Freeze

Topping:
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
⅔ c. chocolate chips
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix together: chocolate Oreo type cookies (crushed in food processor) & 1 stick butter to a piecrust consistency- press in pan-freeze 1-3 hours

Filling:
½ gallon rectangle box of ice cream - cut in slices-lay on top of crust (I would guess about 1 1/2 inches thick)
1½ c. Spanish peanuts-pour over ice cream and push into ice cream. Freeze


Topping:
In a sauce pan mix: Evaporated milk, butter, chocolate chips & powdered sugar.

Boil 8 minutes stirring carefully:

Let cool for a very long time before putting on top of the ice cream. When very cool, pour over top, and freeze for 12 hours (over night)
