6 large green or red peppers
1 lb hamburger
medium chopped onion
1 (16 oz) can diced tomato
1/2 cup instant rice, uncooked
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
* Cut tops off peppers, discard seeds & membranes.

* Chop tops & set aside.

* Cook whole peppers, uncovered in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain & set aside.

* Cook hamburger, onion & chopped peppers until brown. Drain.

* Add undrained tomatoes, rice, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.

* Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer until rice is tender (about 10 minutes).

* Stir in cheese.

* Stuff peppers with mixture.

* Place peppers in a sprayed baking dish.

* Bake covered @ 350º for 30-35 minutes.
