Ingredients:
1½ pounds tenderize round steak
Adolph's Tenderizer
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
¾ c. flour
¼ c. of oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle round steak with Adolph's Tenderizer; using a tenderizer mallet pound meat on both sides. Cut into serving size pieces. Put crackers in a Ziploc Bag and crushed them with a rolling pin. Add flour to the crackers; shake bag. Blend egg and milk. Dip meat in the egg mixture, then in the crackers and flour bag. Slowly brown meat in hot oil, turning once.

Drain grease saving a little to make gravy. Add a little flour to leftover grease. Add little milk at a time to the mixture until smooth consistency. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add salt & pepper to taste. If the gravy is a little thin, add cornstarch to thicken gravy.
