2 tbsp. butter
2 cans Silverfloss Sourkraut
1 tbsp. flour
water

Directions:

Brown butter and onion in saucepan until onion is brown add flour do not stir for 1 minute.
add 1/2 cup of water reduce and make a onion gravy. Add the sourkraut and cover. Cook on medium to low heat for 1 hour.
